Itprovidesthatwheretheuseofthepostiswithinthecontemplation(期望)ofbothparties,andtheletteriscorrectlyaddressedandstampedandputintothepost,theacceptanceiscompleteandeffectiveassoonasaletterisposted,eventhoughitmaybedelayedorevenlostinthepost.

Theintentiontousethepostforcommunicaitonofacceptancemaybededucedfromthecircumstances.

4.REVOCATIONOFANOFFER

Theofferormayrevokeorcanceltheofferatanytimebeforeacceptanceunlessbyaseparateopinionagreement,theyagreetokeeptheofferopenforacertain
