中学生迎世博演讲稿各位老师、同学大家好：

我是初一（4）班的xxx。

今天我要给大家演讲的题目是：

礼貌的我们，整洁的家。

孔子曾说:

“晨必盥，兼漱口；

便溺回，辄净手。

冠必正，纽必结，袜与履，俱紧切”。

早晨一定要洗脸漱口，方便后要洗手，帽子要戴端正，纽扣也要扣好，袜子和鞋都要穿整齐。

相信这是大家自幼时便已知道的基本卫生习惯。

可我们能否仔细想想：

我们真的做到了么？

就算自己做到了，那观察一下我们身边，一切都是干净整洁的吗？

答案是否定的，漫步于校园里，我们常常会发现地上躺着一处处花花绿绿的垃圾，走廊的地上如同溜冰场一样滑溜，原来是汤汁洒在了地面……这样的情景还有很多，那么怎样才能解决呢？

很简单，多弯一次腰，捡起一片废纸屑；

多拖一次地，拖干地上的污渍；

多去一次垃圾箱，扔掉手中的果皮。

也许就是这“多一次”，就会使我们的校园焕然一新。

而且据我所知，我校许多男老师为支持“无烟校园”的创建毅然戒去了跟随自己多年的烟瘾，这需要多么顽强的意志力，这种精神很值得我们学习。

当我们把基本的卫生习惯养成了，就要考虑下一层次的问题：

心灵的清洁—礼仪。

大家都知道，中国自古就是礼仪之邦，到了我们这一代，也绝不能把礼节丢去，礼节的养成，是要靠长时间的好习惯而形成。

当你少说一次脏话，微笑着多说一声“谢谢你”“对不起”，少对同学发一次脾气，多力所能及的帮老师同学做些事情……这些看似很小的事情都会使你在不知不觉中受到良好礼节的熏陶，成为一个文明的人。

老师们，同学们，让我们每人都从自己做起，共同努力，养成良好的卫生和礼仪习惯。

让延安中学这个大家庭永远充满整洁，充满友爱吧。
