8.SocialInsuranceandWelfare

PartyAshallundertaketopaysocialinsurancecontributionsforPartyBaccordingtotherelevantlawsandregulations.

Ifsuffersfromanoccupationaldiseaseorworkrelatedinjury,or（female）duringherpregnant,puerperalandinfant-feedingperiod,PartyBisentitledtoenjoythelegalrightsandbenefitsasstipulatedintheStatelawsandgovernmentregulations.

IfPartyBsuffersfromdiseaseorinjurynotsufferedatwork,themedicaltreatmentandsickleavepayenjoyedbyPartyBshallfollowthestipulationsintheStatelawsandgovernmentregulation

9.TravelAllowance

PartyAshallberesponsibleforthepaymentofPartyB’sreturntraintickettohis／herpointofhireattheexpirationorterminationoftheEmploymentContract,regardlessofthenatureofthetermination.

10.NotificationofKinsfolk

Inthecaseofanemergencyinvolvingseriousillness,accidentordeathofPartyB,PartyAshallimmediatelynotifyPartyB’snext-of-kinwhosenameandaddressareasfollows:

Intheeventofterminationforcause，PartyAshallpayPartyB’swagesorsalarythroughtheeffectivedateoftheterminationandshallpurchaseaone-wayticketforthereturnofPartyBtopointofhire.

Terminationforcauseshallincludeanyofthefollowings:
