1.Introductionontheroleandgoalsofthedepartmentandthestandardsofservicewewillaimtomeet.
2.Explanationofthetrainingscheduleforeachemployee,andwhatthetraininginvolves,plustheimportanceofit–schedulegivenoutforbothweeks.
3.Showingofdepartmentalandlineofcommand.Thiswillbedoneusingalinechart.Reasonsforitandtheimportanceofitwillbestressed.
4.Explainingofthefunctionsofthedepartment,i.e.theproductofit,theoutletsandequipment,thefunctionsofvariousjobcategories.Jobdescriptionswillbegivenoutandexplainedthoroughly.
