Thisstandardappliestocommercialcoalsamplesoflignite,bituminouscoal,andanthracitefromcoal,streams,trains,othervehiclesandcoalheapsfromtransportplanes.

1GeneralProvisions

1.1commercialcoalsamplesrepresenttheaveragequalityofcommercialcoal.Theanalysisandtestresultofcommercialcoalsampleisthebasisforcheckingthequalityofcommercialcoal.

1.2coalsamplesshallbetakeninthecoalstreamortakenatthetopofthetransportvehicleandonthecoalpile.Samplingshouldnotbetheminingofcoalgangue,andpyriteorabandonmissing.

2samplingtools

Aperturemechanicalsamplingincoalonthecoalsampler2.1Whenusedisthemaximumsizeofthecoalminingin*2.5~3times,thesamplershouldbeabletocoalminingflowsectionofthecoalsample,canfullyaccommodatethecoalsample,therunningspeedofthesamplertodiscardcoalsamplesshallprevail.

Inthecoalsamplingofthecrossbeltconveyor,themechanizedsamplershouldbeabletoextractthewholecoalsampleofthecoalflow.

Atthetopofthecarriersampling,themechanicalsamplershallbeabletotakethecoalsampleatthesamplingpointsspecifiedinthisstandard.

Atthetopofthevehicle,themaximumwidthoftheproductisnotmorethan150mm,andthewidthofthepointedshovelisabout250mm,andthelengthisabout300mm.

3samplingaccuracy

3.1thesamplingaccuracyofrawcoal,screenedcoal,cokingcoalandothercoalwashingproducts（includingcoal）shallbedeterminedinaccordancewithtable1.

4unitforanalysisandtesting

4.1forcokingcoalandspecialindustrialcoal,coal,accordingtotheuser（with1000t+100t,thesamebelow）foranumberofsamplesasatestunit;

othercoalbycoal,regardlessoftheuser,with1000tasagroup,asaunitofanalysis.

Ifthevolumeofatrainexceeds1000torlessthan1000t,theactualshipmentvolumecanbeusedasananalyticalunit.

4.2,whentakingthecoalsampleforexportofcoal,accordingtothetypeofcoalorcountry,theactualvolumeorquantityofdeliverywillberegardedasananalyticalunit.

5samplingincoalflow

5.11000tcoal,cokingcoal,coalscreeningandothercoal（includingcoal）minimumnumberofsampleshouldbetakenaccordingtotheproductionplan,ash,respectivelyinTable2shallbedetermined,throughtheeffectivetimeandevenlydistributedinthecoal,coalconsumptionmorethan1000twhenthesamplenumber,bytheactualshipments（exportsofcoalaccordingtothedeliverybatchordayshipments）howmuch,accordingtoequation

5.2coalineachstreamsampleweightnotlessthan5kg.

5.3inthecoalflowsampling,accordingtothecoalflow,withoneortwotimestothreetimesthecross-sectionalcoalflowsectiontotake1sample.Twoorthreetimes,accordingtotheleftorright,middle,andrightorder,thesamplingsitesarenotallowedtooverlap.

Inthecoalsamplingofacrossbeltconveyor,thesamplermustbeattachedtothebeltandisnotallowedtofloattoremovethecoalstream.

6overheadsampling

6.1onthetraintaketopcommercialcoalsample,300ttoatrainloadingamountofcoalsampleshouldbetakenaccordingtothenumberandvarietyofcoalisdetermined.Forcokingcoal,coalandothercoalparticlesizegreaterthan100mm,regardlessofthesizeofthewagon,asshowninFigure1,alongthediagonaldirectionin1,2,3,4,5positionaccordingto5pointcycletake1samples;

Linedirectiontakes3subsamples.Bothendsoftheslashshouldbelocated1mfromtheangleofthecar,andtherestofthepointsmustbeevenlyarrangedontheremainingdiagonals.Thecarshouldbeinthesamedirection.

6.2theamountofcoallessthan300tasatestunit,coal,coalminingshouldbetheminimumnumberofsamplescreeningfor18;

cokingcoal,othercoal（includingcoal）,minimumnumberofsamplesizegreaterthan100mmshouldbetakenas6lumpcoal.Eachcartake1,3or5samplesintheslash.Whentheamountofcoalin3andthefollowingcarasatestunit,thenumberofsamplescanbetakeninexcessslashandfigure1or2onthecross.
