Thislicenseiseffectiveuntilterminated.YoumayterminateitatanytimebydestroyingtheIntellectualPropertytogetherwithallcopiesinanyform.ThelicensewillalsoterminateifyoufailtocomplywithanytermorconditionofthisAgreement.Exceptasprovidedinthefollowingsentence,nosuchterminationofthislicenseshallrequiretheterminationofanythirdpartyend-usersublicensetotheIntellectualPropertywhichisinforceasofthedateofnoticeofsuchtermination.Inaddition,shouldtheIntellectualProperty,ortheoperationoftheIntellectualProperty,infringe,orinLICENSOR’ssoleopinionbelikelytoinfringe,anypatent,copyright,trademarkorotherrightofathirdparty,youagreethatLICENSOR,initssolediscretion,mayterminatethislicensewithoutanycompensationorliabilitytoyou,yourlicenseesoranyotherparty.YouagreeuponterminationofanykindtodestroyorcausetobedestroyedtheIntellectualPropertytogetherwithallcopiesinanyform,whetherheldbyyouorbyanythirdparty.

Exceptascontainedinthisnotice,thenameofLICENSORorofanyotherholderofacopyrightinallorpartoftheIntellectualPropertyshallnotbeusedinadvertisingorotherwisetopromotethesale,useorotherdealingsinthisIntellectualPropertywithoutpriorwrittenauthorizationofLICENSORorsuchcopyrightholder.LICENSORisandshallatalltimesbethesoleentitythatmayauthorizeyouoranythirdpartytousecertificationmarks,trademarksorotherspecialdesignationstoindicatecompliancewithanyLICENSORstandardsorspec
