ThefollowingactivitiesarerelevantinCustomizingforSAPSupplierRelationshipManagement:

∙Youactivateordeactivatethetwo-envelopeRFxresponsefunctionunderSRMServer->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess->Two-EnvelopeRFxResponse->Activate/DeactivateTwo-EnvelopeRFxResponse.

∙Youdefinewhethertwo-envelopeRFxresponseisrequiredforatransactiontypeunderSRMServer->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess  ->TenderingOptions->DefineTenderingOptions.

∙Youdefinewhetherbiddersreceiveane-mailnotificationwhentheirtechnicalRFxresponsehasbeenacceptedorrejectedandwhetherthepriceRFxresponseshouldbeautomaticallyrejectedonrejectionofthetechnicalRFxresponse.YoudothisunderSRMServer->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess->Two-EnvelopeRFxResponse->DefineBasicDataforTwo-EnvelopeRFxResponse.

∙YoudefinethecFoldersinwhichtechnicalRFxresponsesarestoredforuseduringevaluationunderSRMServer->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess->Two-EnvelopeRFxResponse->DefineBasicDataforTechnicalRFxResponseFolders.

YoucanimplementthefollowingBAdIs:

∙SRMServer->BusinessAdd-Ins->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess->Two-EnvelopeRFxResponse->EnhanceFolderAuthorization

YouusethisBAdItoassignauthorizationstothefoldersyouhavecreatedforstoringtechnicalRFxresponses.

∙SRMServer->BusinessAdd-Ins->RFx->ExtendedRFxProcess->E-MailNotification->EnhanceE-MailContent

YoucanusethisBAdItoenhancethecontentofe-mailnotificationssentontechnicalRFxresponseopeningandprequalificationquestionnaireacceptance/rejection.、

2.2.1cFoldersforTechnicalRFxResponses 

WhenyoucreateanRFxwithtwo-envelopeRFxresponse,thesystemcreatesacollaborationroominSAPProductLifecycleManagement（SAPPLM）cFolderscontainingthefollowingdefaultfolders:

▪External

ContainsdocumentsthataretobesharedwiththeRFxrespondents.

▪Internal

Containsdocumentsthatareonlytobeviewedbyusersfromthepurchasingorganization.

▪Evaluators

Containsevaluatorcomments.

▪Collaboration

UsedbyRFxrespondentsandevaluatorstoexchangeinformation,forexample,theRFxrespondentscanaskquestionsthatareansweredbytheevaluators.

▪Technical_Bids

WhentheRFxrespondentcreatesanRFxresponse,afolderiscreatedunderTechnical_BidsinwhichtheRFxrespondentcanstoretechnicalRFxresponsedocuments.

 NOTE

YoucanrenamethesefoldersorcreateyourownfoldersinCustomizingfor SupplierRelationshipManagement under  SRMServer  ProcurementforPublicSectorFunctions ApplicationSettings  Tendering  Two-EnvelopeRFxResponse  DefineBasicDataforTechnicalRFxResponseFolders .

YouusethesefolderstostorealldocumentsrelatingtotheRFx.BeforeanRFxispublished,thepurchasercanuploaddocumentstothefoldersandassignusersreadandwriteauthorizationsforthefolders.FormoreinformationaboutSAPSupplierRelationshipManagement（SAPSRM）integrationwithcFolders,see IntegrationwithSAPPLMcFolders.

Thefollowingdefaultfolderauthorizationsareprovided:

2.2.2IntegrationwithSAPPLMcFolders

SAPSupplierRelationshipManagement（SAPSRM）supportsintegrationwithSAPProductLifecycleManagement（PLM）cFolders2.0orhigher.OnceSAPPLMcFoldershasbeeninstalled,purchaserscancreateafoldertheretostoreinformation,andshareitwithpotentialsuppliers.Atemplatefunctionisalsoavailableforbothparties.Thisinformationincludes,forexample,specificationsanddesigndocumentsonparticularlycomplexgoodsorservicesforwhichanRFxisbeingiss
