世界卫生组织的研究表明:
心脑血管引起的死亡在全球范围看来仍然排在首位,作为病因之首,人们不得不对其引起重视,加以防范。
心电图机作为诊断心脏疾病的最直观、高效的医疗设备,它可以即时检测心脏兴奋的电位活动状况,虽然医用心电图机使用方便,且检测结果可靠,对人体一般无创伤性损害,但是一般的心电图机体积和质量都较大,且价格不菲,对于非专业用户来说操作较为复杂,每次检查都需要患者亲自前往医院,这对患者检查带来了不少的负担。
本文设计了一种便于携带,基于无线蓝牙技术的能持续对病人心电信号进行检测的个人医疗硬件系统,可以不间断地对患者心脏电活动状态进行记录,还能够为临床检查和评估提供可使用的参考资料。
本文主要研究了心电采集电路的设计,将心电信号采集后,通过缓冲,滤波,放大,模数转换后传输到基于ARM7内核的LPC2138处理器上,经过MCU进行数据处理后,通过蓝牙芯片发送数据。
该数据能被其他主机接收并通过软件对数据进行收集并显示出波形,同时该系统采用的蓝牙无线技术还可以通过网络将心电检测资料从家庭扩展到医院、社区等,能够对医疗资源的共享起到一定作用。

Abstract
Nowadays,ourpeople’sdemandofqualityoflifeisrising.Theypaymoreattentiontotheirphysicalconditionandtheleveloflife.WorldHealthOrganizationstudyshowedthat:
thedeathcausedbycardiovasculardiseaseinworldwideopinionisstillinfirstplace.Peoplehavetopayattentiontoit,toguardagainst.Electrocardiogram,asthemostintuitiveandefficientdiagnosticmedicaldevice,caninstantlydetectcardiacpotentialactivitystatus.AlthoughmedicalECGmachineiseasytobeusedanditstestresultsisreliable,anditisnon-invasivedamagetohumanbody,butitssizeandqualityarelargeanditisalsoexpensive.Theoperationfornon-professionalusersistoomorecomplex.PatientsarerequiredtoexaminetheirECGatthehospital,whichbroughtalotofburden.
Thispaperpresentsanindividualportablemedicalhardware,whichisbasedonwirelessBluetoothtechnology,cancontinuedetectingthepatient’sECGandrecordingtheircardiacelectricalactivity,anditcanalsoprovidereferencematerialsforclinicalexaminationandassessment.ThispaperstudiesthedesignofECGacquisitioncircuit.AftertheECGdatahasbeenacquired,withthebuffer,filter,amplifyingandanalogtodigitalconversioncircuit,thesignalwillbeconversedtodigitalandtransmittedtotheLPC2138ARM7-basedprocessor.TheMCUcanprocessthedataandsenditoutthroughtheBluetoothchip.Thisdatacanbereceivedbytheotherhostandwiththesoftware,theECGwaveformscanbedisplayed.WiththeusingofBluetoothwirelesstechnology,theECGdatacanalsobeextendedtohospitalandcommunitythroughthenetworkandtheseplayaroleinmedicalresourcessharing.
