用,这两种结构由横向弯曲排架、纵向联系的杆件,以及支持系统的各个杆件和围护
结构这些部分统一组合而成。
单层钢结构厂房有着广泛的应用、成本合理的优势,以及建筑足够的精简,持久
耐用。
随着中国钢铁产量的增加,许多工厂都采用了钢结构的形式。
单层工业厂房侧
壁(俗称山墙)由于受风面积相对较大,所以厂房对其室内空间、屋顶的面积以及受荷
强度要求很高,如何进行有效的荷载效应组合、选取最不利内力组合,作为柱及基础
的设计依据,将是本设计中要重点解决的问题。

Abstract
Single-layerworkshopreferstoonlyonelayerfortheindustrialworkshop,applicableto
theproductionprocessflowinhorizontaltransportationprimarily,alargelifting
transportationequipmentandmoredynamicloadsoffactories,suchasmetallurgyindustry,
mechanicalmanufacturingindustryandotherindustriesandsoon.Single-layerworkshop’s
skeletonstructureconsistsofproppingworks,andotherverticalandhorizontalloadfunction
ofcomponents.Workshopreliesonvariousstructuralcomponentsforawhole,reasonable
connectionformacompletestructureemptytoensureworkshopstrong,durable.Widelyused
inChinaarereinforcedconcretestructureandbentsteelstructure,consistingoftransverse
bent,longitudinalcontactcomponent,supportsystemcomponents,palisadestructureand
otherparts.
Monolayersteelstructureworkshophaswideapplicationandcostadvantages;
andits
buildingconstructionisshort,simple,durable.WiththeincreaseofsteelproductioninChina,
Manyfactorieshaveadoptedsteelstructure.Single-layerworkshopendwall(frontispiece)
withlargerareabywind,interiorspacerequirements,workshoproofarea,load,werebigger
complexstructure,howtoeffectivelyofcombinationofactioneffects,toselectthemost
unfavorablecombined,ascolumnandinternalbaseddesignbasis,willbethefocusofthis
article.
