Asshuntincontactwiththeouterlayerofplasticmoldrapidcooling,onlythecenteroftheplasticmeltflowbetter,becauseofsegregation,theinnersurfaceroughnessRadoesnotrequireverylow,generallyfromabout1.6μmcan,Thisisnotjustthesurfacesmoothandhelpmelttheplasticoutercortexfixedcooling,andthecenterofthemeltbetweenthepoorhaveacertainspeed,toensurethatthemeltflowisappropriatewhentheshearrateandshearheat.
