摘摘要要
为了充分发挥设备效能,迅速提升加工技术与精度,越来越多的企业每年
投入大量资金和技术对传统老式组合机床进行技术改造,取得了良好的效果。
用PLC模块、变频驱动技术、操控监控设备等组成电气数字控制系统,以实现
编程输入、人机交互、自动化加工的控制方式,扩大加工能力,减少故障,提
高效率,已成为企业进行技术改造的有效途径。
论文以A7-39组合机床的数控化改造为背景,概述了组合机床数控化改造
的设计方案与应用技术,并对PLC的发展与应用作了简要介绍。
论文介绍了
PLC编程特点和方式,重点以三菱FX2N型PLC为例,介绍了PLC编程环
境,并对A7-39组合机床应用编程作了阐述。
论文还进一步阐述了PLC接口与
通信技术,介绍了FX2N系列PLC的网络协议,另外对人机界面HMI也做了
