这次设计,我通过查阅了相关书籍资料,了解其结构后确定了其驱动方式为单端驱动。
通过假定输送物料为面粉进行相关数据的分析确定了输送机相关部分的尺寸,进而画出图
纸,完成本次设计。
LS螺旋输送机由驱动装置、螺旋体、机槽、机架和轴承组成。
驱动装置包括电机和减
速器。
螺旋体由轴和叶片组成。
机槽由几节连接而成。
轴承含有3种:
头部轴承、中间轴
承和尾部轴承。
