　　providedalways,thelesseeshallhavegowriteinstallanyfixturesandfittingsexcludingair-conditionersinthedemisedpremeses,todetachandrepossessthesamesubjecttotherestorationofthedemisedpremesestotheiroriginalstateathiscostontheexpiryofthisleaseoranyrenewalhereof.
