偷窃和抢劫的环境对学习来说再糟糕不过了。

在这种情况下我们应该采取什么样的措施来提高校园安全呢?

另一方面，应该安装个多诸如监视器之类的设备以尽快查出罪犯。

此外，应安排适量的保安人员巡逻校园。
