UseoftheInternetismainlyusedindistancelearningtechnologyVOD,E-MAIL,BBS,ICQ(IM),Netmeetingnewtovideoconferencingaswellasavarietyofnetworkblog(Blog),suchasexpertblog(Pundit),audioandvideoblog(Audio-videoblog)andsoon.IncludingVOD(videoondemand)technologyisthemainformofdistancelearningnetwork,whichconsistsofteachingresourcesandproviderswillcompressthevideosignalofcoursewarefortheInternettransmissionofstreamingmediaformats(suchasRealMedia,WindowsMedia,NetShowASF,MPEG-1andQuickTime,etc.),storeitinasite-specificserver,learnersmayatanytime,byWindoWSMediaPlayer,RealPlayerandQuickTimedemandthecourseware.

Second,thetechnologyofmoderndistanceeducationpathselection
Moderndistanceeducationiscomputernetworkcommunicationtechnology,theproductofhighlydeveloped,istheperfectcombinationoftechnologyandeducationinremoteandnon-academictraining,academiceducation,practiceandexploration,theCD-ROM,Internet,satelliteclassroomisnotthepathofthesethreetechniquesusedalone,butthecombineduseofdifferentemphases.

(F)Practicalmanagementofremotetraining,themaincustomeristheenterprise.China’saccessiontoWTO,moreenterprisesintotheinternationalmarkets,whilealsofacinggrowingpressureofinternationalcompetition,thequalityofcorporatemanagementteam,HumanResourcesdecidedtobecomeakeyfactorinthesuccessorfailureofmarketcompetition,sobyenhancingtraining,improvinghumanresourcequality,andthusenhancethecompetitivenessofdomesticenterpriseshasbeentheimportanceofordertoimprovetrainingefficiency,achievebettertrainingresults,andpracticalmanagementnowcommonlyusedsatelliteremoteclassroomtraining,suchasPekingUniversityBusinessNetwork’s‘businessmanagerteamtraining’program,70%ofthecourseistheuseofsatellite-baseddistanceeducation,30%ofthecoursesarefacetofaceteaching.practicalmanagementtrainingtherearemainlytwoBusinessforms:
