1、目的：
Purpose
为了评价________片运输过程中可能影响产品质量的各种环境变化因素，对其整个运输过程进行验证。
证明运输过程不会影响产品的质量。
验证过程应严格按照本方案规定的内容进行，若因特殊原因确需变更时，应填写验证方案变更申请及批准书（附件2），报验证领导小组批准。
Thisvalidationwillassessthevariouschangeableenvironmentfactorswhichcouldinfluenceproductquality.Thisvalidationwillcoverthewholetransportprocedure,andprovethatthecurrenttransportcanensurethequalityofproductwhenitarrivesinGermany.
Thevalidationprocedureshouldbeimplementedaccordingtothisprotocol.Ifithastobechangedbecauseofaspecialreason,anapplicationofchangeintransportvalidationprotocolshouldbefilledin（ATTACHMENT2）,andbeapprovedbyvalidationleaderteam.

3.5运输监控TransportMonitoring
3.5.1温湿度监控
Monitoringtemperatureandhumidity
运输中要用温湿度自动纪录仪来监控温湿度，每二十分钟测一次，温湿度自动纪录仪放在纸箱中抵在纸箱壁上来监控最糟状况。
（见附件4）
一个冷冻箱内放一个温湿度自动纪录仪。
Duringthetransportthetemperaturesaremonitoredwithadatalogger,whichtakesthetemperatureandthehumidityevery20minutes.Thesedataloggersareinsidetheshippingcartonsontheoutsidelayertomonitortheworsecase.SeeATTACHMENT4.Onedataloggerpercoolingcontainerisrequired.
3.5.2运输监控MonitoringTransport
在和运输公司的的合作中，需要交接单，见附件1。

），所以我们可以确认防鼠、防虫、防雨淋是没有问题的，主要风险是运输过程中温度（15-25℃）对产品质量的影响，所以在运输过程中我们主要对冷冻箱温度用温湿度自动纪录仪进行监控。

3、船公司确认后放船名航次提单号给运输公司。

㈣、运输公司安排车队来领取冷冻箱。
他们凭船名航次提单号到船公司现场。

㈤、现场实验冷冻箱制冷状况，完好后提箱发车去____。

港区冷冻箱堆放区，继续制冷。

㈧、冷冻箱装至船上制定可制冷区，于船上全程制冷出运至目的港。

3.7到达Docpharms的仓库的步骤

冷冻箱到达仓库时，Docpharm将发出确认信。
还要把温湿度纪录仪和交接单原件（包括进入Docpharm仓库的最后一份）寄到____进行确认。
Docpharmwillsendaconfirmationthatthecontainerhasarrivedatthewarehouse.Thedataloggerandtheoriginal“hand-oversheet”（includingthelastsignatureofthewarehouseoperatorofDocpharm）aresentto____forconfirmation.
