Thestudyshowedastrongcorrelation(相关性)betweensocialnetworkstructures,heartrate,numberofstepsandlevelofactivity.

Socialnetworkstructureprovidedsignificantimprovementinpredictingone'shealthandwell-beingcomparedtojustlookingathealthbehaviordatafromtheFitbitalone.

Forexample,whensocialnetworkstructureiscombinedwiththedatafromwearables,themachinelearningmodelachieveda65percentimprovementinpredictinghappiness.

Themodelalsoachieveda54percentimprovementinpredictingone'sself-assessedhealthprediction,a55percentimprovementinpredictingpositiveattitudeanda38percentimprovementinpredictingsuccess.
