WiththedevelopmentofsocietyandChinaenterintoWTO,businesscommunicationismoreandmoreimportant,atthesametimeitplayimportantroleinourdailylifeandjob.Wecanknoweachother,leaneachotherandnegotiateourbusinessviabusinesscommunication,fromwhichweabsorbtheadvancedtechnologyfromournearcountryandmakeagoodprogressinourownjobandfiled.Asamatteroffact,someofusmakebusinesscommunicationeachday.

1.Introduction
