格里桥水电站厂房上游侧边坡坡脚水毁修复处理工程技术文件1.工程剖析

1.1工程说明

格里桥水电站位于贵州省贵阳市开阳县与黔南州瓮安县交界的清水河干流上。

其下游接构皮滩水电站,距清水河出口约44km,上游接大花水电站梯级,距大花水电站厂房区约19.5km,装机容量2×75MW,距贵阳约108km。

格里桥厂房上游侧边坡坡脚受2015年7月16日泄洪冲刷影响,导致厂房上游侧658m高程至河床边坡被冲刷破坏,为保证上游边坡及出线塔架基础的稳定。

拟采用钢筋混凝土护坡对已冲刷损毁的边坡进行修复处理。

1.2工程地质

格里桥厂房上游侧边坡基岩为逆向坡,地层岩性为为吴家坪(P2w3)薄层至厚层硅质岩与页岩、炭质页岩互层夹燧石灰岩,局部夹层厚度达0.15~1.8m,边坡岩体为弱风化岩体及微新岩体,岩溶不发育,受风化及裂隙的影响,岩体较为破碎。

排水洞出口至厂房尾水渠上游导墙部分边坡为覆盖层及石碴回填边坡,坡内有大孤石及零星基岩出露,覆盖层深槽部位有钢筋混凝土灌注桩承台基础。

河床水位约为619m~627m,河床内有泄洪后两岸垮塌的碴料及大块石。

1.3水文气象

清水河流域属于亚热带季风气候区,夏季受太平洋副热带高亚控制和西南海洋性暖湿气流影响,冬季主要受西风北支急流的影响,气温和降水四季变化明显,冬季气温低而干燥少雨,夏季气温高而湿润多雨。

本流域多年平均降水量在1000m~1350mm之间,年内分配极不均匀,4~10月占全年降水量的86.5%,而12月、1月、2月降水量只占5.4%。

格里桥坝址5月~9月平均气温超过20.0℃,年内7月气温最高,1月最低,最高气温39.3℃,最低气温-6.2℃。

1.4合同项目及工作范围

我公司应完成的主要工程项目有(但不限于):

(1)开挖工程:

边坡清理开挖,护坡混凝土基础开挖,河道疏浚;

(2)石渣回填工程;

(3)混凝土工程:

贴坡混凝土,毛石混凝土挡墙,挡墙回填;(4)排水工程;落水井、排水管、排水沟等;

(5)施工临时工程:

施工便道修建及维护;线路接入点至本标施工供电设施的施工、运行及维护及其他临建工程建设及维护。

土方明挖40471m3,石渣回填26749m3,混凝土浇筑4086m3,主要工程量见表1.4-1。

本标工期较紧,单位时间完成工作量大,为确保工程按期完工,将现场划分为以下5个区域流水作业:

高程:

3#公路平台以上;

主要施工步骤为:

(1)边坡表沉清理;

(2)面板混凝土基础开挖;同时进行河道疏浚开挖;

(3)1#区域不需回填部分支护施工;同时进行2#区域石渣回填;

(4)2#区域支护施工;同时进行1#区域石渣回填施工;

(5)1#区域回填部分支护施工;同时进行3#区域石渣回填;

(6)3#区域支护施工;同时进行4#区域石渣回填;

(7)河道疏浚完工,4#区域支护施工;同时进行5#区域挡墙及排水沟施工;

(8)5#区域回填及支护施工;

(9)路面混凝土施工;植被恢复施工;

(10)完工验收。

1.6质量与安全

施工质量是工程成败的关键,是企业赖以生存的生命线。

我公司对工程产品质量的管理体系完全按照GB/T19001-2000idt

2000国际标准质量体系执行。

因此,在工程施工中,我项目部将严格遵守招标文件中对质量管理体系的要求,严格执行GB/T19001-ISO9001:

2000《质量管理体系》系列标准,确保本工程质量目标的实现。

本合同工程项目质量目标为:

单元工程合格率100%,土建单元工程优良率85%以上;杜绝质量事故,并遵守、执行发包人和监理人的质量管理文件;确保工程质量达到设计规范的要求。

施工中认真贯彻“安全第一、预防为主”的方针,杜绝施工中的人身伤亡事故和重大机械安全事故,使轻微伤害频率低于行业标准。
