指导思想和目的:

以已知设计资料,选定提升系统各部件,对其主要参数进行计算及选定,对有关部件进行安全性校验,对提升系统的运动学及动力力学进行计算,达到对提升系统进行合理的选型,并达到对所学知识的应用和实践能力得到了提高,增强工程意识和素养,培养独立分析和解决问题能力目的。

5)斜长200m,6)矿井服务年限30年,

7)提升方式为单钩提升,8)倾角15度

9)计算吨煤电耗设计

设计进度与要求:

1)借齐设计所需书籍,计算选择提升容器和选择提升钢丝绳;

2)计算选择提升机,提升电动机的预选,提升机与井筒相对位置的计算.

3)运动学参数计算,动力学参数计算.

4)电动机功率的计算,计算吨煤电耗.编写计算说明书,查漏补缺完成设计;主要参考书及参考资料:
