1-Familiarfault
1.1-Thesynchromotorafterswitchingonelectricitytheincapabilitystarts
Thesynchromotorafterstartingtheincapabilityrun-timegenerallyhasthereasonofseveralsasfollows:
(1)Powersupplyvoltageoverlow.Becauseatthesquareofvoltage,thestartingtorquedirectproportionofsynchromotor'sthevoltageofpowersupplyovermakelowthestartingtorqueofsynchromotorsignificantlythedroopislowerthanloadtroque,cannotstartthusandwanttoraisevsthispowersupplyvoltagetoenlargethestartingtorqueofdynamo.
(2)Thefaultofmotor.Checkmotorsettle,therotorwindinghadnoshortcircuit,opencirctui,opensolderingandlinkbadetc.fault,thesethefaultswillmakethedynamocannotstarttocreatestartingofratingofintensityofmagneticfield,makethusthedynamocannotstart;Checkingthemotorbearinghasalreadyhadnofailure,theportcaphashavenoloose,ifbearingfailureportshroudloose,resultinbearing'sdownsinking,mutuallyrubwithstatorironcore,resultinthusdynamo'scanningnotstart,vssettletherotorfaultcanbeshakentablewiththelowtension,graduallyclicktochecktoseekafaultconditionandadopthomologoustreatment;Thecountersgaftacceptsandcarriestoshroudalooseconditionandallwantsapancarbeforedrivingeachtimeandseesmotorrotorwhetherslewingisvivid,ifbearingorshaftkiowattdamageandreplaceintime.
(3)Thecontroldevicebreaksdown.Thiskindoffaultsaremostlythed.c.outputvoltageofthewindingsofLimagneticbelttoadjustnotappropriateordon'toutput,resultinthestatorcurrentofmotoroverbig,causethemotorconductelectricitytherunmakeorthelosingofdynamomagneticbeltrun-time.ShouldcheckwhetheroutputvoltagecurrentanditswaveformthattheLimagneticbeltequipsisnormalatthistime,theRongbreakswhetherthemachineRongbreaks,thecontactisbad;Whethercircuitboardplug-inputsprisonoralignment;Checkloopresistance,putoutwhethercrystalgatetubeofmagnetburnsoutorbrokesthrough.
(4)Mechanicaltrouble.Suchasbedraggedalongadynamicmachinerytoblock,resultinmotorincapability'sstarting,therotorthatmovesmotorinresponsetothepanatthistimeseeswhethertheslewingisvivid,machineryburdenwhetherexistencefault
1.2-Thesynchromotorincapabilityleadslongintosynchronization.
Synchromotorincommonuselawofnonsynchronousstarting,throwinLimagneticbeltwhenthemotorrotorrevolvingspeedhitssynchronousrevolvingspeedof95%,makeitleadslongintosynchronization.Thesynchromotorincapabilityleadslongintosynchronousreasonasfollows:
(1)TheLimagneticbeltwindingshortcircuit.BecausethewindingofLimagneticbelt,existenceshortcircuitbreaksdown,asaresultmakesmotorabletostabilizerun-timebutincapabilityandleadlongintosynchronizationwhilebeinglowerthansynchronousrevolvingspeed.ChecktoseektheLimagneticbeltwindingshortcircuit,canopenintolow-tension(aboutthe30Vs)intherotorderivationon-line,putonthemagneticpolessurfacewithahandworksteelsaw,pursueinspectionmagneticpoles,ifvibratingisviolent,explainthemagneticpolestohavenoshortcircuitonsteelsawofthemagneticpoles'surface,ifthevibratingofsawblademicroordon'tflap,explainthemagneticpolesshortcircuit.Afterunloadingthemagneticpoles,checkthefaulttoclick,isshort-circuitdegree,adoptlocaltomendorre-roundtomake.
(2)Powersupplyvoltageoverlow.Powersupplyvoltageoverlow,resultinthestrongLilinkofthedeviceofLimagneticbeltincapabilityworking,makethemotorincapabilityleadlongintosynchronizationthus,theconcretewayistoraisepowersupplyvoltageappropriately.
(3)ThefaultofLimagneticbeltdevice.SuchasthrowLioverspeedy(namelythrowinLimagneticbelt,motorrotorrevolvingspeedoverlow),willmakethemotorcannotleadlongintosynchronization,shouldchecktothrowiftheLilinkexistsfaultatthistime.IfLimagneticbeltdevicefault,theoutput'scurrentislowerthanaratingvalue,causetheelectricitymagnetictroqueofdynamooversmallbutcannotleadlongintosynchronization,atthistimeinresponsetoscrutinyLimagneticbeltdeviceofthrowLilinkandphase-shiftinglink,waveformuseoscillographtochecktothrowLilinkandphase-shiftinglink,shouldalsocheckandputoutmagneticbeltlinkandputoutcrystalgateofmagneticbeltwhethertubediscoversaquestionasusual,handleintime,iftheincapabilityhandlesintime,bywayoftheenergyquicklyrestorecapacity,shouldreplacetoprovideforusecircuitboard.
1.3-Brushandcompresstightlyspringandgathertogiveorgetanelectricshockringfault.
Thebrushleadsshortandcompressestightlyspringpressscarcityandmakebrushandgathertogiveorgetanelectricshockringofindirectlytouchbadly,thusgeneratesparkorarcelectric,arcelectricorsparktoontheotherhandandeasilysparkshortcircuit,willmakearcelectricburnontheotherhandshorter,sparkopencirctuithus,resultinLimagneticbeltdeviceonlytheLimagnetoelectricitypressbuthavenoLimagnetoelectricitystreaming;Compresstightlyspringageinglapse,makebrushandgathertogiveorgetanelectricshockringofindirectlytouchbadly,effectthestartingofmotorthus;Gathertogiveorgetanelectricshockaringsurfacetothereisgreasestainandscarorslotscar,willmakebrushandgathertogiveorgetanelectricshockringofindirectlytouchbadly,generatespark,sparkfurtherburngathertogiveorgetanelectricshockring,willalsomakegndshort-circuit,thesparkeffectsthestartingofmotorthus.Forgathertogiveorgetanelectricshockringsuperficialgreasestain,canwipetocleanwiththeacetone;Forthintrace,usemanyfettleshaggingringsofsandpaperssurface,isringsurfaceroughnesstohitR1.6ums,iftheslotscarobviouslyneedstogetonthecarbedtransform,truning,enteramountofknifetotakeeverytime1mmasproper,inthe1-1.5ms/s,thetruningspeedcontrol'sroughnesshitsoftheumsofR1.5-1.8andbecomesbadantitofinallypolishwiththesandpaper2-3timesoverthe0.05mms.
1.4-Thedamperwindingbreaksdown.
Thedamperwindingofsynchromotorrotorisprovidedforsynchromotorstartingtouseandwipe-outrun-timeatthesametimeamidsparkbecauseofloadingtochangeofoutofsteposc.Startthedamperwindingintheprocesstoincisethemagneticfieldofstatorrevolutionbutinducedverybigstartingcurrentinthesynchromotor,sothebigcurrentbyallmeanswillresultindampinghairthermalexpansion,underthenormalconditionbecauseofstartingtimeshort,thedamperwindingstartingisbehindsoonwillcooloff,butblockuprevolutioninthemotor,lackphase,startthesuper-intimetolengthwayswaitaconditiondown,ifdon'tshutdownintime,willresultinthedampingtakeoffsolderingtosplitetc.condition.Thedamperwindingisweakerlinkinthesynchromotorparts,thedamperwindingfamiliarfaulthas:
