IntroductoryPreamble

Thereportincludeshumanresourcemanagerstopreparefortrainingactivities,andthetrainingtimeis2to3hours.Thereportincludestheresourcesusedbyhumanresourcesmanagersintrainingandthecontentoftheinterview.Thethemeofthetrainingis“Howtoconductaselectioninterview”.Thereportfirstintroducesthelearningmethod,agoodlearningmethodcansupportthetraining.Themethodsofstudyincludetheoriesoflearningthelearningcycleandlearningstyle.Thesecondpartintroducestheprocessoftheinterview.ThecontentandprocessoftheinterviewincludePreparingfortheinterviewconductingtheinterviewadvantagesanddisadvantagesoftheinterviewanddiscriminationandhowtoavoidit.Traininginterviewmustfollowtheprincipleofequalityandrespect,sotheplacemustbecarefullychosenandmakechoice.Reflecttheimportanceofbusinessprofessionals,asmuchaspossibletoeasethepressure,tocreateanequal,warmandharmoniousatmosphere.Thereportintheformreflectsthetrainingarrangementsandresourcesusedinthetraining,interviewwithwhatresources,trainingandtrainingofthespecificarrangementsandresourcesused.

Thelearningcycle:

Onetheoryoflearningsuggeststhattheprocessbywhichpeoplelearnisthroughthelearningcycle.Therearefourmainelementsofthecycleanditisimportanttonotethatalearningprocesscanbeginatanypoint.Itisalsoimportantforustobeawarethattocompletethelearningprocesslearnersneedtoworkallthewayaroundthecycle.

Althoughthesepeopledonothavelearningexperience,theirlearningstyleismodest,takeactionandconsiderthefutureimpact.Theyareactivelearning.
