I.Application:
ND-DXD-K40/150modelpackingmachineisonetypeofcontinuousandexquisiteandhighefficiencymachine.Itissuitableforpackinganyloose,noadhesive,granulematerialssuchascoffee,grainsugar,salt,monosodiumglutamate,medicinegranule,desiccant,teaandsoon.
IIMainfeatures:
Themechanismadoptsthenewestcontrolmethodanddeviceofimportedclutchtocontrolbagsize.Theadvantageofthismachineisasfollow:
intelligentphotoelectrictrade,simpleadjustment,accuratetrade.Perfectoperation.Andpreventmaterialsfromtheeffectofheatandlighthighextent.Thusdecreasethewasteofmaterialandreducecost
IIIPackingmaterials
Packingmaterialsusedforthismachinearecompoundmaterials,e.g.paper/polyethylene,cellophane/polyethylene,nylon/aluminum-plated/polyethylene,BOPPthinfilm,teafilterpaperandetc.
Packingfilmsareusedinrolls,withanoutsidediameternotmorethan300mm.theinsidediameteroftherollis75mm.lightspotsforpositioncontrolshouldbeprovidedbetweentwoindividualtrademarks.Thewidthoftheeachlightspotisabout5mm,anditslengthisabout8mm.thelightspotsshouldbeclear,andtheinkshouldbeequal.Thestrongerthecontrastbetweenthelightspotsandthebasefilm,themorereliablethecontrol.
Takecarethatnotrademarkpatternorothertextshouldbewiththesidebandwherethelightspotslocatewhendesigningthetrademarktopreventmis-triggeringofthephoto-electricprobe.
Usershouldmakesurethevolumeofthepackagedproductbeforechoosingthepackingmaterials.Accordingtothevolumeofpackagedproducttomakesurethewidthofthepackingmaterial(twidthofbag),andthedistancebetweentrademarks(lengthofbag).Designingthepictureofpackingmaterialshouldaftermakingsurethevolumeofpackedproductandthesizeofpackingbag.
Thetotalthicknessofpackingmaterialisbetween0.03mmand0.1mm,whichshoulddependontherequestandfeatureofpackageproduct.

Steeplesspeed-adjustingmechanism.
1.Thismechanismisusedtoadjustthepackingspeedofmachine;itsstructureisasfollow:
Whenadjustspeed,firstloosenthelocknut2,whenturningthehandle1clockwise,themovablewheel3movesoutward,undertheactionofspring5themovablewheel4onthesideofdrivingwheelpressontheV-belttightlyandmovesthebelttowardtheouteredgeofbeltwheeltoincreasethespeed.Whenturnthehandle1anticlockwise,themovablewheel3pressesontheV-beltsothatitagainstthepressureofspring5,andmovestowardthesmallerdiametersidetoreducethespeed.Locklocknut2afteradjusting.
2.Controllingsystem
Thismachineapplytheautomaticcomputercontroller,fortheusemethod,pleaserefertotheinstructionoftheATM-19seriespackingcontroller.
3.Photoelectricalpositioningcontrolsystem
Theadjustmentwithin±0.5mmisfinishedbyusingphotoelectricalpositioningcontrolsystem.Photoelectricalpositioningcontrolcommandisgivenoffthroughtwomicro-switchescontrolledbytwocamsonphotoelectricheadandmainshaft.Photoelectricprobecommandreflectsdistancebetweentwolight-spots;micro-switchcommandreflectsactualsealinglength.
Whenphoto-electricprobereflectonlightspot,camrotatestoposition3,thisindicatethatabaglengthhasnotachieved.Namely,actualseallengthwillexceedthedistancebetweentwolight-spot,soverticalrollshallbesloweddown,andthecommandissentfromthelowermicro-switch.
Whenphoto-electricprobereflectonlightspot,camrotatestoposition2,thisindicatethatabaglengthhasachieved.Namely,actualseallengthwillbelessthanthedistancebetweentwolight-spot,soverticalrollshallbesloweddown,andthecommandissentfromtheuppermicro-switch.
Whenphoto-electricprobereflectonlightspot,camrotatestoposition1,thisindicatethatabaglengthhasachievedrightly.Namely,actualsealinglengthwillequalthedistancebetweentwolight-spot,sonoadjustmentforthespeedofverticalisneeded.Thistime.Nocommandissendfromupperandlowermicro-switch.
Torealizesamestep,machineadoptstimerelay,tochangetheturningtimeofreducingmotor.i.e.controltheincreaseanddecreaseofspeedofverticalroll.Rotatethe“correction”knobonphoto-electricalpaneltochangethecorrection.
4.Eccentricchainwheelmechanism
Eccentricchainwheelmechanismissetinmachinetokeepthatthelinearcircumferentialspeedofverticalsealingrollermatchthatofthehorizontalsealingrollerwhenhorizontalsealingrollerisperformingthesealingwhenthechangeofbaglengthiswithinacertainrange.Andthenormaloperationofthemachineisassured.
Whenpackingbagsizeischanged,besidesreplacingcorrespondingintervalgear,appropriateregulationofeccentricchainwheelisalsorequired.Whenadjust,loosefixinglocknut(accordingtothepicture),rotateadjustingknob,keepcertainnumber(lengthofpackingbag)onthelabelalignwiththescaleontheshaft,thenlockthelocknut,thentheadjustmentisfinished.
Thestandardstateofeccentricsprocket:
Twohorizontalsealingrollerstobesealedtogethercompletely,andbecomesthehorizontalstate,theaperturedirectionoftheadjustingsheathoftheeccentricchainwheel(semicircle)facesdownward,rotatethebeltwheelofthemainmotoranti-clockwisetokeepadjustingscrewpoleandthemiddlelineofmainmotorbecome45℃.Theninstallchain.

Anelectro-magneticcounterisprovidedtorecordtheproductionpershift,thecountingiscontrolledbythecloseandopenofthemicro-switchthatactuatedbythecountingcaminstalledonthemainshaft.Thecounterrecordonecountwhenthemainshatrotateoneturntocompleteonepacks.Acounterswitchissetforcorrectcounting.Thecountercanberesetbyitszeroresetdevices.
