【知识导入】
havetostudytoomuchsoIdon’tgetenoughsleep.(P25)
(1)haveto句型:
haveto“必须,不得不做某事”,与must相比更有一种“被迫的”意思,后接动词原形。
Example:
Ihavetocleanmyroom.(可能是妈妈要求我必须去清理,而我自己还并没有想去)
Imustcleanmyroom.(是我自己认为必须要清理一下房间了)
(2)toomuch表示“太多”
可以跟在动词后面,例如:
worktoomuch,eattoomuch(这是toomuch是作为一个副词修饰前面的动词)或者后面接不可数名词,例如:
toomuchhomework,toomuchmoney(这里toomuch是作为一个形容词来修饰后面的不可数名词)
Toomuch在口语中也可以表示“太过分了,太不像话了”
(3)Enough表示“足够的,足够地,很多,充足”
Enough当作为副词时,要跟在动词或者形容词后面,例如:
goodenough,sleepenough;当作为形容词时,后面可以接名词,例如:
enoughwater,enoughtime。
Enough!
在口语中表示“够了”,通常是带有情绪的表达。
有少数情况下,enough可以作为名词,
当后面跟的是个代词时,要加of,例如:
Wehavehadenoughofyou!
我已经受够你了。

(1)allowsbtodo表示“允许某人去做某事”
类似用法:
permitsbtodosth允许某人去做某事;agreeabtodoath同意某人去做某事
tellsbtodosth告诉某人做某事;refusetodosth拒绝做某事
(2)hangout
当为hangsthout时是表示挂出,例如:
Iwanttohangmyclothesout.我想把我的衣服挂到外面去。
当hangout表示“闲逛”时,则中间不可以加入sth。

(1)gointo表示“进入,加入,探究,变得”的意思
关于go的常用短语:
goagainst反对,违背
goahead向前,干吧,说吧,用吧
goover走过去,温习
gothrough仔细查看,浏览,翻阅,通过
gowrong出毛病,
goout出去,熄灭
goaround到处去,传开
goby从旁经过
godown下降,倒下
goup上涨
goafter追求,设法获得

(1)should是提意见中很常用的一种句式,should后接动词原形,表示“应该做某事”一般表示一种应该去做一件好事。
(2)sothat意为“以便,所以,以至于”具体要看语境,酌情翻译。
补充:
so+形容词+that+句子意为“太……以至于不能……”
例如:
IamsotiredthatIcan‘tcleanmyroom.我太累了以至于我没法打扫我的房间了。

(1)findsbdoing:
发现某人正在做某事
类似用法:
seesbdoing看见某人正在做某事
seesbdo看见某人做某事(看见了全过程)
例句:
IseePeterclosingthedoor.我看见Peter正在关门。
IseePeterclosethedoor.我看见Peter关上了门。
注意:
没有findsbdosth这种用法,不过有:
find+it+形容词+todo意为:
发现做某事是很什么的,例如:
Ifinditdifficulttocleanmyroom.我发现打扫房间是项困难的工作。
(2)Lookthrough意为“浏览,温习,看穿,识破”
Look相关短语:
lookat看,查看考虑,着眼于
lookback回头看;回顾,停止不前,回头再拜访
looklike看起来象.看来要,好象要
lookover查看;过目
lookupanddown仔细打量(某人);到处寻找
lookupto敬仰,尊重
lookaround四下里看,环顾;仔细观察;全面调查
lookout向外望,注意,当心,小心

(1)It’snobigdeal“没什么大不了了”是一种口语上很常用的表达方式。
thingsworkout.(P26)
(1)这里是一个hope引导的祈使句,在表示祝愿的时候,可以省略主语I直接用hope+sth或者sb+谓语动词。
此外,wish也可以引导表示祝愿的祈使句,用法类似,也是wish+sb或者sth+sth或者形容词
例如Wishyouhappy;Wishyouahappyjourney.
(2)workout意为“解决,算出,实现,消耗完”
Work相关短语:
workat/on从事于
atwork在工作
don’tknowIfIshouldsayanythingtothemaboutthis
If引导的条件状语从句,译为“如果”Hewillcomeifyouinvitehim.
If引导的宾语从句,译为“是否”Iwonderifsheisill.
If引导的非真实条件句,使用虚拟语气,译为“假如,要是”IfIwereyou,Iwouldneverdothat.
agree/disagreewithhisadvicebecause……(P27)
Agree/disagreewith“同意某人,和……意见一致”;表示“(食物,天气,工作等)对……适宜。
例如:
Theweatherdoesn’tagreewithme.这种天气对我不适宜
Agree/disagreeto一般表示“同意某人的建议和安排,计划等”例如:
Iagreetotheirplans.
Agreeon主要指“双方通过协商取得一致的意见,达成协议”例如:
Weagreeontheprice.我们就价格达成一致意见。
