Abstract

Developmentandimplementationofthestationsignalingcontrolequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemarestudiedbytheartificialintelligenceandexpertsystemmethods.Onthebasisofthecurrentsituationofstationsignalingcomputermonitoringsystem,theoverallstructureofthestationsignalingequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemisproposed,whichconsistsoftheknowledgebasesubsystem,machinereasoningsubsystem,integrateddatabasesubsystemandman-machineinterfacingsubsystem.Accordingtothetypesandcharacteristicsoffaultsareestablishedthefaultmechanismanalysismodelbasedontheprincipleoflogiccircuits,thefaultanalysismodelbasedonactualexpertknowledge,thefaultdiagnosis&trendanalysismodelbasedontheequipmentlifemechanismandthecomplexfaultdiagnosismodelbasedonthedecisiontreelearningalgorithm.Theprototypesystemisdevelopedwiththeobject-orientedstructuralknowledgerepresentationmethodsandtheelementclassificationdevelopmenttechnology,thuslayingafoundationfordevelopmentofthepracticalapplicationsystem.

Researchanddevelopmenttoensurethesafetyofrailwaytransportstationsignalequipmentmaintenancesystem.Toensuretrouble-freerailwaystationsignalequipmentingoodwork,isourcountryrailwaycurrentlyfacingamajorissue.Toimprovethemaintenancelevelofrailwaysignalsysteminourcountry,startinginthe90s,hasdevelopedtheTJWX-typeIandTJWX-2000typemicrocomputermonitoringsystem.Since2000,mostoftheelectriccentralizedstationbyusingthecomputermonitoringsystem,realizethereal-timemonitoringforstationsignalequipmentstatus,hasbeenbasicallyachievethegoalofamodernsensortechnology,fieldbus,computernetworkcommunication,databaseandsoftwareengineering,Andthroughthemainsignalmonitoringandrecordingequipmentrunningstatus,graspthecurrentstateoftheequipmentforelectricitydepartmentandaccidentanalysisprovidesthebasicscientificbasis.Butasaresultofthesystemandthereisnoperfectconditionmonitoringandfaultdiagnosisinabody'scomprehensivefunction,makesalotofcomplicatedequipmentfailureanddriving,andanalyzingthecauseoftheaccidentstillneedtorelyonartificialexperience.Soonlyontheexistingcomputermonitoringsystem,cannotmeetmodernelectricityimplementstatusmaintenancemanagementoftheoverallgoalofa"blackbox".Tothisend,theministryofrailwaysin2004putforwardtheresearchanddevelopment"railwaystationsignalequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystem"project.Focusontheoverallstructureofthefaultdiagnosisexpertsystemdesign,themainmodelandthemethodoffaultdiagnosis,andtheprototypeofthesystemimplementationcontentsuchassoftwaredevelopmentwerestudied.Theprojectthroughtotherailwaystationsignalequipmentfailuremechanismanalysis,thecorrespondingfaultdiagnosismodelisestablishedandthemethod,andbyusingexpertsystemtheoryandmethodtodevelopthecorrespondingfaultdiagnosisintelligentanalysisapplicationsoftwaresystem.

Theoverallstructureoftheexpertsystemforrailwaystationsignalequipmentfailure

Becauseofthecomplexityoftherailwaystationsignalsystemequipmentfailure,accordingtothebasiccompositionprincipleofexpertsystem,thedesignoftherailwaystationsignalequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemofgeneralstructure,asshown.Thisexpertsystemismainlycomposedofknowledgeacquisitionsubsystem,equipmentconditionmonitoringdataimport,subsystemsofknowledgebase,reasoningmachinesystem,integrateddatabaseandfunctionmodulessuchashuman-computerinteractioninterfacesubsystem.

1.1Knowledgeacquisitionsubsystemfunctionmodule

Themainmoduleofempiricalknowledgeandprofessionalknowledgeinthefieldofacquisition,analysisandprocessing,andotherfunctions,toprovideknowledgebaseofexpertsystemdiagnosisknowledgeandrules.Knowledgeacquisitionprocesscanbecompletedbyartificialdirectly,alsocanindirectlythroughsomeknowledgeacquisitionmethod.ThisarticleUSESthemethodoffaultdiagnosisknowledgeacquisitionmainlyincludes:

basedontheprincipleofthecircuitmodelandthelogicofthefailuremechanismofknowledgeacquisitionmethod,basedontheexperienceofthemaintenancepersonnelfaulthandlingtheactualmethodofknowledgeacquisition,knowledgeacquisitionmethodbasedonthemechanismofequipmentlife,aswellasself-learningknowledgeacquisitionmethodbasedontheexamplesofstatisticalinformation,etc.

1.2Theequipmentconditionmonitoringdataimportfunctionmodule

Themainmodulefromtherailwaystationsignalmicrocomputermonitoringsystemforvariousworkingstatusinformationofsignalequipment,providenecessarybasicdataforfaultdiagnosisexpertsystem.Itthroughtheinterfacesoftwarefordatatransformation,checkingandcomprehensivedatabaseofdataimportfunction.AtpresentourcountrymostofthestationUSESisTJWX-2000typemicrocomputermonitoringsystem,real-timemonitoringofdatainformationisclassifiedintoanalogtwoandquantityoftheswitch.Switchdatamainlyincludesthecontrolbuttonsaidequipmentoperatingstatus,theconsole(route,occlusionanddriving,shunting)ontheperformanceofthestate,thekeytoallkindsofsignalcircuitrelaystate,trainsignalmainfilamentbrokenwiresandmachineryroomenvironmentmonitoringdataoftheturntablecontrolswitchquantity.Analogdatamainlyincludespowersupplypanelofinputandoutputvoltage,current,frequency,powerandvoltagephaseAngle,theorbitoftrackcircuitvoltageoftherelay,switchmachineinactioncurrentswitchconversionprocess,thefaultcurrentandactiontime,cablecoreofinsulationvoltage,powersupplypaneloutputpowersupplyofleakagecurrent,on-sitepropertiesratherthanstuffcodedandfrequencyshiftofautomaticblocksendsthevoltage,current,frequency,carrierfrequencyandlowfrequencyandenvironmentconditions(temperature,humidity,etc.)analogmonitoringdata.

Knowledgesubsystemmodule

Themainmoduleistostoreandmanageequipmentfaultdiagnosisknowledgefromknowledgeacquisitionsubsystemmodule.Includesavarietyofdifferentfaulttypesofsignalequipmentdiagnosisknowledgeprocessingunit,forinferenceenginediagnosticanalysis,usedtosolvetheproblem.Knowledgebasemanagementfunctions,themainimplementationofknowledgeunit,sorting,access,retrieval,add,delete,modify,andotherfunctions.

Integrateddatasubsystemmodule

Actualelectricstationsignalsystemofcircuitmadeupofmillionsofelectricalcomponents,therearemanydifferentkindsoffault.For6502electriccentralizedpracticecommon22speciescausedbycircuitfailuretypes,morethan150kindsoffailurephenomenon,thisstudyestablishedamodelbasedoncircuitsimulationmechanismanalysisoffaultdiagnosisknowledgebase.Acompletecircuitisrealizedbyusingthemethodoflocatingfaultdiagnosis,needtoconstitutethestateofallcomponentsofthecircuit,andthereal-timemonitoring,itisactuallyquitedifficult.Usedintheactualsystemdevelopmentcanbesetupprocessingmethodofthedynamicdatabase,namelythemicrocomputermonitoringsystemisnotmonitoringcomponentsstatusforman-machineinteractivesettonormal,accordingtothekeyreal-timemonitoringdatatorealizefaultdiagnosis.

2.2Basedonexpertexperienceknowledgeofcircuitfaultmechanismanalysismethod
