Abstract
Developmentandimplementationofthestationsignalingcontrolequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemarestudiedbytheartificialintelligenceandexpertsystemmethods.Onthebasisofthecurrentsituationofstationsignalingcomputermonitoringsystem,theoverallstructureofthestationsignalingequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemisproposed,whichconsistsoftheknowledgebasesubsystem,machinereasoningsubsystem,integrateddatabasesubsystemandman-machineinterfacingsubsystem.Accordingtothetypesandcharacteristicsoffaultsareestablishedthefaultmechanismanalysismodelbasedontheprincipleoflogiccircuits,thefaultanalysismodelbasedonactualexpertknowledge,thefaultdiagnosis&trendanalysismodelbasedontheequipmentlifemechanismandthecomplexfaultdiagnosismodelbasedonthedecisiontreelearningalgorithm.Theprototypesystemisdevelopedwiththeobject-orientedstructuralknowledgerepresentationmethodsandtheelementclassificationdevelopmenttechnology,thuslayingafoundationfordevelopmentofthepracticalapplicationsystem.
Researchanddevelopmenttoensurethesafetyofrailwaytransportstationsignalequipmentmaintenancesystem.Toensuretrouble-freerailwaystationsignalequipmentingoodwork,isourcountryrailwaycurrentlyfacingamajorissue.Toimprovethemaintenancelevelofrailwaysignalsysteminourcountry,startinginthe90s,hasdevelopedtheTJWX-typeIandTJWX-2000typemicrocomputermonitoringsystem.Since2000,mostoftheelectriccentralizedstationbyusingthecomputermonitoringsystem,realizethereal-timemonitoringforstationsignalequipmentstatus,hasbeenbasicallyachievethegoalofamodernsensortechnology,fieldbus,computernetworkcommunication,databaseandsoftwareengineering,Andthroughthemainsignalmonitoringandrecordingequipmentrunningstatus,graspthecurrentstateoftheequipmentforelectricitydepartmentandaccidentanalysisprovidesthebasicscientificbasis.Butasaresultofthesystemandthereisnoperfectconditionmonitoringandfaultdiagnosisinabody'scomprehensivefunction,makesalotofcomplicatedequipmentfailureanddriving,andanalyzingthecauseoftheaccidentstillneedtorelyonartificialexperience.Soonlyontheexistingcomputermonitoringsystem,cannotmeetmodernelectricityimplementstatusmaintenancemanagementoftheoverallgoalofa"blackbox".Tothisend,theministryofrailwaysin2004putforwardtheresearchanddevelopment"railwaystationsignalequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystem"project.Focusontheoverallstructureofthefaultdiagnosisexpertsystemdesign,themainmodelandthemethodoffaultdiagnosis,andtheprototypeofthesystemimplementationcontentsuchassoftwaredevelopmentwerestudied.Theprojectthroughtotherailwaystationsignalequipmentfailuremechanismanalysis,thecorrespondingfaultdiagnosismodelisestablishedandthemethod,andbyusingexpertsystemtheoryandmethodtodevelopthecorrespondingfaultdiagnosisintelligentanalysisapplicationsoftwaresystem.

Theoverallstructureoftheexpertsystemforrailwaystationsignalequipmentfailure
Becauseofthecomplexityoftherailwaystationsignalsystemequipmentfailure,accordingtothebasiccompositionprincipleofexpertsystem,thedesignoftherailwaystationsignalequipmentfaultdiagnosisexpertsystemofgeneralstructure,asshown.Thisexpertsystemismainlycomposedofknowledgeacquisitionsubsystem,equipmentconditionmonitoringdataimport,subsystemsofknowledgebase,reasoningmachinesystem,integrateddatabaseandfunctionmodulessuchashuman-computerinteractioninterfacesubsystem.
1.1Knowledgeacquisitionsubsystemfunctionmodule
Themainmoduleofempiricalknowledgeandprofessionalknowledgeinthefieldofacquisition,analysisandprocessing,andotherfunctions,toprovideknowledgebaseofexpertsystemdiagnosisknowledgeandrules.Knowledgeacquisitionprocesscanbecompletedbyartificialdirectly,alsocanindirectlythroughsomeknowledgeacquisitionmethod.ThisarticleUSESthemethodoffaultdiagnosisknowledgeacquisitionmainlyincludes:

Knowledgesubsystemmodule
