TheproposalfortheDesignYourOwnDollistocreateanewlineofbusinessof“one-of-a-kind”dollsforexistingloyalcustomers’collections.Marketresearchwithfocusgroupsindicatesthatgirlswantdollslikethemselves.Thenewbusinesswouldenablecustomersto:

OneofthemaindrawbacksofDesignYourOwnDollisthehighercostsassociatedwiththecustomizationprocess,whichoutweighitsbenefits.Insum,basedonourinitialevaluation,theMatchMyDollExpansionappearstobethemoreattractiveproject.
