Instructionsforcompleting"PartA"oftheproposal

Proposalsinthiscallmustbesubmittedelectronically,usingtheCommission’sElectronicProposalSubmissionSystem（EPSS）.

InPartAyouwillbeaskedforcertainadministrativedetailsthatwillbeusedintheevaluationandfurtherprocessingofyourproposal.PartAformsanintegralpartofyourproposal.DetailsoftheworkyouintendtocarryoutwillbedescribedinPartB（annex4）.

SectionA1givesasnapshotofyourproposal,sectionA2concernsyouandyourorganisation,whilesectionA3dealswithmoneymatters.

Pleasenote:

∙TheEuropeancoordinatorfillsinsectionsA1andA3.

∙Theparticipantsalreadyidentifiedatthetimeofproposalsubmission（includingthecoordinator）eachfillintheirrespectivesectionA2.

∙ParticipantsintheChineseproposalshallnotbeincludedinsectionsA2andA3.

∙SubcontractorsshallnotfillinsectionA2andshouldnotbelistedseparatelyinsectionA3.

∙Theestimatedbudgetplannedforanyfutureparticipants（notyetidentifiedatthetimeoftheproposal）isnotshownseparatelyinformA3butshouldbeaddedtothecoordinator’sbudget.Theirrole,profileandtasksaredescribedinPartBoftheproposal.
